Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation can request one as of January 2017 via the online registration form.
The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the Congress organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
To receive a Letter of Invitation, participants must be fully registered to the Congress and payment in full must be submitted. Letters will only be sent electronically by Email. Any costs for express mailing of documents must be covered by the participant.

The Czech Republic has been a member of the European Union since 2004 and signed the Schengen agreement in 2007. Inhabitants of the Schengen countries can move freely within the Schengen area without having to go through border checkpoints. However, they still must have their passports or identification cards with them when travelling.
Visitors from other countries must have passports valid for at least further six months after the date of arrival and in some cases visa. The list of countries whose citizens require a visa in order to visit the Czech Republic can be found here.
Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his / her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.
It is recommended to apply for a visa at least 3 months in advance of the Congress.
